Lilia Garcia I have a different problem but is close enough. I set over 900 sq ft of tile that was gorgeous at the tile place and it looked great when first set on my floor. However as soon as the first drop of water fell on it, it stained it, even when I walk bare feet it stains. I have found nothing to clean it with, everything streaks it. I think it's that it's very porous but I don't know what or how to seal it. Any help from the professionals out there...please help!

I use a steam cleaner for my tile floors. It doesn't help the grout but the tile sparkles. I do touch ups with vinegar. I have a limestone look tile in the greatroom, dinning, kitchen, hallway, foyer and half bath. I have a glossy marble in the master, bath, dressing and closet.
