Thank you all for your ideas! I am updating with photos from my house. I forgot to mention that we also have a exposed brick wall.
As you can see the duvet, curtains, bed and lamps are all in the same tones, so I would like some contrast in the wall. BM cedar key (the darker sample in my wall) is beautiful but I think that the room would look too plain (all the same color). Maybe I should add the color in decor instead of the wall? I was thinking of some cream/vanilla/earth color. I will try @jazzzee53 @Natalie colors.
Definitely navy blue would make a statement. I like the look of these rooms that you posted but I am afraid that you need lots of light in the room or it would feel small and dark. Do you have any photos of your room @Larisa Blum?

Hi again---Sherwin Williams 2 paint chips 7028 thru 7032 and 7035 thru 7039. If you prefer to keep the walls lighter than the duvet-you could paint the ceiling a more saturated color.
