Kaylana Alaysa a.k.a 'Kay' is a San Diego County native and moved to San Luis Obispo County to graduate from Cal Poly, SLO in order to obtain her bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture. During her third year, she realized how much she liked plants and business side of the industry, thus, also taking an emphasis on Business Horticulture. Currently, working as the first in-house designer and assistant project manager for AAA Landscaping LLC since 2012, Kaylana has been living in SLO County for nearly 10 years now. While working, Kaylana plans to continue her professional growth by taking continuing education courses and self-teach.

From Residential Homeowners who want a design so they can submit to a contractor, Licensed Contractors who want to a design so they can show their ideas clearly to a customer, to DIY Homeowners who want help in creating a cohesive design so they can look forward to building their landscape project at their own pace, I have created services that allow any Central Coast or Southern Californian to contact me if you are interested in having my design services.

A passion for creating outdoor spaces that people enjoy while at the same time harmonizing the built landscape, architecture, and the natural surroundings.

Services Provided
On-Site and E-Online Services. Hand Drawings, 2D Plans, 3D Plans, or CAD Docs. Typically one to three plans are provided including layout and location of hardscape, planting areas, lighting, accent areas. Additional or Specific Plans Upon Request: Drainage Plans, Irrigation Plans, Additional Material Color/Texture Schemes, or other custom plans.
