"The architect took an inventory of every book" so they could plan for every book!!! Heaven!!! I could just move in. One of the top most wonderful homes I've ever seen.

Love the way this place looks, but it's a bit hard to see how seriously they took the "aging in place" aspect of the remodel. Yes, they have a second bath that is universally compliant and an apt for caretakers and the elevator - but the step down into the LR could easily make that room less accessible, and the Kitch banquet seems like it would be difficult to navigate - who knows about the kitchen proper? The current master bath, while ideally located, could end up being useless. Oh well, the views alone could provide consolation for most anything.
