Ok to be exact you don't like the color is any of those rooms? and hey why do the same?
With S Williams pale-to-dark chips, choose up or down the same hue already painted for foyer or powder room. Or for small area you might find acceptable to stencil their paint choice over what's there/builder/Dover white: diamonds, or damask, or stripes in satin finish.....
Or pastel-a-bit-bright, choose that Same saturation in a hue that looks good together in your hand, or on wall, whatever ----somewhat across color wheel. Should look good as you look across/walk into other rooms.
Is family room hue ok---- but maybe not so good mixed with your wood tones and furnishings -- too muted/blah, or pale/sterile when ? how's the level of contrast between the wood tones and the paint color and furnishings?

Partly I mean that another accessory or two might link paint and the rest better: a throw using both color/tones, you know....
