Congratulations! What you have done here is a work of art, simply beautiful. The views from the windows, are wonderful! This is a bedroom I would love to stay in. You have worked very hard to create exactly the room you wanted and it has worked.

Unfortunately for me, I would need a maid, (which I do not have) to keep up to all the linens and drapes, takes a lot of energy to keep a room looking like this. Thank you for sharing.

when remodeling 12 years ago we had to remove everything from lower floor including leftovers from raising children. After every item had to have good reason and permisdion to return. Most did not make it. Taking photos of stuff is a goid idea, we get to see it and reminisce and still have a nice home. I can now get rid of things without regret. I sm approaching 70 not stuck, gnis year vhsnged 75% of wardrobe, my grandson finds me interesting not trying to be young or a fuddy duddy. Now if this lease on life could transfer to my husband who is a paper hoarder and lives with gadgets in our one time lively master suite. rule is nothing can expand beyond door of bedroom and foor kept shut keeps balance and peace.
