puttul Thank you! I know this seems like a really dumb question.. But how does one recess lights into the ceiling?

puttul I simply love the effect you've given the ceiling- a combination of big and small spotlights!! Creates such a lovely almost starry effect! I want to replicate this in my master bedroom.. It's big but not huge.. I have a bay window.. The walls are to be painted a light beige and I have polished white furniture.. Any suggestions?
