It is so worth saving an old house...town homes & apartment blocks have their place but not in an old neighborhood like the Heights, the first 'suburb' of turn of the century Houston(and earlier). Thanks to people like Brie and Scott, whose house is absolutely gorgeous, the Heights is full of families with children now who have chosen to 'save' the old neighborhood. Well done!! As for the white...a tastefully done choice, Houston is very hot in the summer, and this house is bright, cool and cheerful all the year round. White reflects heat :)
