kissedbycows I'm surprised that no comment of Corning(ware)'s research is mentioned. They have made at least two videos called A Day Made of Glass and A Day Made of Glass 2 showing the technologies they are working on, many of which are integrated into the house like mentioned above. Google it or watch it on Youtube, it is definitely worth a look! Oh, the second video is where Corning goes through and explains how close they are to some of the technologies seen in the first one, plus other interesting information.
