- KITCHEN: updating by installing new cabinets, creating an attached "bar" by cutting out a portion of the wall between the kitchen and the living room; painting walls, installing new floor, installing new backsplash. Would LOVE to eventually remove the 2 side-by-side huge windows that look out over the deck and replace them with a set of French doors.
MY BATHROOM: Replace tub/shower; replace long vanity with pedestal sink; move toilet beside vanity; install storage above toilet; new floor; paint walls.
