It's not an issue. the bath is for occasional use so never generates that level of steam. the room is large and naturally ventilates, there is a window close by. and the paper is high quality using the recommended paste. hope that helps!

I've been looking for a space saving
I have been trying to figure out the code for loft space with respect to stairs vs ladders. Everything I've seen seems to indicate that if the space is "inhabitable"(coded by size ) then it must have stairs not ladder. How do you get around this??

Transforming a modular shower into a fabulous custom shower with skylight

This former modular shower was expanded by carving additonal space out of a storage space above the stairs and lifting the ceiling to allow the skylight. Antique Delft tiles collected over time by the client were integrated into the tile field and Danby marble serves as both the shelf and threshold
