The exterior house color and trim is Benjamin Moore White Chocolate. The trim is in semi-gloss and the house is flat finish to create some contrast. Also, the window trim is a two step trim with the inside portion

Thank you for the great question! The trim on the doors and windows in this house were reclaimed Barnwood and were cut to resemble old trim you might've found in a farmhouse from the early 1800s. If I recall correctly the finished
sometimes called "hog pen" siding, but I call it rough hewn "wavy" siding. It was specialty milled at a local saw mill in North Georgia. The sides of the house (where the stone chimneys are located) have the "wavy" siding, but the section under the porch has the exposed logs.
