town. He builds nice homes and sometimes builds larger nicer homes but he doesn't hold a candle to what kind of homes you build. You have an amazing talent and eye for design and construction. So many builders around here are hindered with very small budgets that actually there isn't exactly a market for
intention of building an exact replica, so I wouldn't need a blueprint I just would like to see it and see if it could be modified and made smaller to fit my budget and area, in the unlikely event that finances allow its building. Lol... So basically , I'd love to see the floor plan so I can wish and dream
homes and buildings constructed before 1915. Today a stone foundation can still add style and substance.

We are building and made space for a 72" tub but now only want a 66" tub what would you suggest for framing, it looks like here just one side of the wall is built out but could we build out each wall 3" to keep the room in balance? Thanks so much!
Older buildings might have some leveling issues that aren't as visible in tile but would be visible with sheet material.
You can build out the whole wall to take up the 6" difference or create a deck at the end of the tub which is useful for things like shampoo & soap.
