Decomposed granite can be messy. When contained between two walls, the loose gravel and mud do not spoil the landscaping.
Less is more in this utilitarian walk along the outside of a home clad in corrugated metal siding. The path is paved in easy-care decomposed granite, making it easy

Sorry... can't help you with sourcing material in Florida as we are in California but it is a fairly common type of DG (decomposed granite). Good luck!
It looks like concrete but it is actually light grey DG (decomposed granite). Love the look but it does track in light grey dust... a problem when you have dark floors.

Love the look of ground cover. What base is used here? Is it decomposed granite? and what's the size and name of gravel? is it bird's eye brown pea gravel? Thanks.
