for a vertical grass cloth detail - grass cloth the same color as the walls was affixed in vertical panels from floor to ceiling. Wood finishing strips were added to finish the edges. The effect is to make the eye travel upward (something our client requested) and take in the height of the ceilings and
overall verticality of the space by adding texture rather than objects. JimZivPhoto: jimziv@msn.com

snake grass. Cascading plant looks like creeping Jenny.
green vertical spiky grass contrasts with the wider redwood boards and the vines flowing down the shiny surface bordered by bed of stones...all straight lines of varying widths. The accompanying comment saying that it's carefully considered is right on.
Grasses in tall containers, gravel drainage, steel planters, additional plants "flowing over" side of planters

What is that type of grass?
out eco grass in Canada, it's available at Wild flower farms, and you dont need to ever mowe it if you don't mind it at 6 inches, drought resistant and also weed resistant as the roots don't allow weeds to sowe and penetrate. Beats watering, mowing and half the potions that don't work to keep weeds away
type of grass was used in this landscape? What conditions is it best suited to? Thanks.
Wonderful grass? Lovely olive trees!
What type of grass and tress are these?
Love the grass no need to cut
Like this grass for under the swing
Fahrenheit grass in California. Eco grass (Canada) may make good substitute.
Grasses are a perfect choice for planting landscape rivers. Choose grasses that don't grow straight up, such as a Red Fescue or Festuca rubra, seen here. These grasses wave in the wind, almost looking like water as you walk through the path.
