I have a 1876 Galveston beach home that is ready to be painted. Although it is victorian, it is not nearly this ornate. I would love to do it in like colors and would appreciate and help!

Victorians loved patterns, and sometimes had 10 or 15 in just one room, ceiling, walls, furniture, borders, rugs, etc. Don't be afraid to use a pattern for the rugs/ carpets as long as the colors go well with the wall paper and the size of the pattern is different from that of the wallpaper.
