L-shaped kitchen. Could doorway in ours be eliminated or moved around to the wall which in this photo has windows?
Let the sunshine in. A bright, airy kitchen makes cooking feel less of a chore. If possible, forgo fussy window treatments and allow the focus to be on the outdoor view. Window access also provides ventilation when in cooking tight quarters.
