beautiful views, allowing plenty of sun in. though, I don't see any shades, which I'd want. this design would only work with a very private property.

Although this bathroom is designed to be shared, it feels like a gentlemen's retreat with its caramel-color paneling, pewter bathtub and simple open windows that highlight the view.

clearly the view out. That might be an option.
It would be a shame to lose that beautiful view, but the level of privacy is up to the comfort level of the owner. You could frost the windows to blur the view or use stain glass. Glass block would completely hide the view, but still let light into the room
like look of suspended cabinets and clean look of tub.
Windows down to floor would offer better view than sill height
the back view from the front door. Very inviting.
