What is the name of the vine over this door?
You could plant either one or two vines on either side. Planting the same vine on either side of an arch will make it more symmetrical
if that's the look you want. Make sure you know the mature height of the vine. For instance Wisteria can grow very large and one plant would be enough

What are the flower vines along the fence?
There are two vines, both Thunbergias. The yellow flowering vine is a yellow Black-Eyed Susan Vine called 'Lemon Star' (Thunbergia gregorii 'Lemon Star')
Star'). The blue-flowering vine is Blue Sky Flower (Thunbergia grandiflora).
