The bright blue reclaimed-wood paneling in this kitchen was salvaged from the homeowner’s grandmother’s house. It was free and yet creates a showstopping effect as well as offers a sentimental nod to the past. Have a great custom piece that made all the difference? We’d love to see it in the Comments
Introduce wood to wallsThis is a great look to replicate if you’re a fan of that rustic cabin aesthetic. Salvaged wood works best as it contains different textures and colours. To achieve a similar look with less hassle, use heavy wallpaper instead – multiple wood versions are available
