kind of bead-board or Wainscot is being used on the wall?
I have a very small upstairs bathroom with standard 8' walls. Can
I love this trim but my bathroom is small. Does wide trim make a room appear smaller?
How can you paint the trim?We have one in our bathroom and needs paint.
Can I do this wainscot and two tone look in such a small space to make the ceiling seam taller? I'm afraid the dark brown will make the room feel small. I know white is not the answer but really need to make this space feel better.

Elegant, but not showy. So many bathrooms today are just SHOWY---"look at me; my owners have SO much money they can make a huge bathroom with LOTS of tile." Not the case here. This I like.

This wainscotting is trimmed out plywood beadboard(Lowes, Home Depot). It's painted but not waterproofed.
The one I am referring to is the upper bathroom,Wenge. That is dark/chocolate brown right?

sink and console from Porcher with a gooseneck faucet from Rohl. I am placing 10x14 calacotta porcelain tile behind the sink, but would like to put wainscot on the other 3 walls. I believe the look will be similar to what is here when complete. Thank you. Your work is always lovely.
