I would image you could get the fencing materials from your basic home improvement store or Tractor Supply. It looks like what may be known as "goat wire".

The stone was gathered from a fallen 18th century wall that ran through the property. The stone would be referred to as Pennsylvania field stone from the Chester County region. Low fence on stone wall
