Thanks for the question. This is a Weatherwall system. They slide up or down to reveal screens, tilt in for cleaning and come in a variety of colours. A great idea for a sunroom or screened porch area.

What is the sliding rail system that has been used here? Is the weight of the system supported at each end of the rail, or by the fixed glass wall? Thx!

How did you finish the walls that were not screened?
Also, did you use the regular screen tight system or the mini screen tight?
