Illusion of water under the deck.....
with pavers; but no water, no grass or plantings between anything!
Or do a contemporary version of a waterwheel. A water feature sitting at the end of a deck feels like a natural extension of the space. The play of light on the moving water provides a nice contrast to the wood, and the sound of water invites you to linger.

on the market, featuring deep plumbing channels on top of the basin and easy access to the pump. After installing the underground pool and the pump, cover it with a plastic mesh protector. The holes should be smaller than the pebble or gravel you need to cover around the granite water basin.
this fountain kit. I purchased the granite water basin from my local Japanese nursery but you can also purchase from internet as well. There is a hidden pool of water underneath for the water circulation. I also found this from the internet. Atlantic Water Gardens Fountain Basin. Fountain Basin - 32"

Where did you get the water fountain from?
I like the design along with the water fountain.
The curved granite water wall was purchased from Stone Forest, then inserted in a custom built basin that it overflows into.

i was looking at the big slab of granite fountain. I can do the same however how do you keep recycling the water. What is used for a catch basin under neath the slab and what size pump is used. This will be perfect for my back yard.
Simple natural looking water feature that'll look nice when not running.
water feature for front that kids can play in
Steven loves the idea of running water but most fountains are kind of hookey.

what is your source for the tank head or what is the circumference? also, what is under the stone to catch the water and what type pump are you using to get that pressure? Thanks!!! jen
Google search tank heads for a source close to you. This is a 72" diameter head. Under the gravel is a vault made of cinder box which is sealed and water proofed. Not sure about the pump. A good pump company can help you spec the proper size for this
corten oval water feature, bird bath over spilling
What a great water feature -- or is it a bird bath?
I bet you don't think of water as necessary for butterflies, but it is. You won't see them sipping from a pond or pool like birds, though, as they slurp droplets.
