is quite difficult. Small lots require other solutions, such as this ground-floor garage that has a similar appearance to the windows above. At the very least the way the windows are stacked above the garage and entry give the facade a logic, even though each pieces is detailed differently.

Hi Karen, No, the ceiling height was too low for a door, so we put in a full-height window, then designed a bar counter in front of it. The seating has a sidewalk cafe-type feel to it, and the counter prevents people from accidentally trying
