Have you had any issues with EFCO windows for residential use?
Is there any issues with roof leakage where those to eaves meet in that valley? Or are they not connected?
What was the cost/square foot of roof?
We just got a bid for a standing seam roof
Would like to know the colour of this roof.
Whose roofing material is on the house? Do you know if it was Englert?
The metal roofing material is a double-lock standing seam roof - the generic type is steel w/ a galvalume base coating and kynar painted finish. The manufacturer of the panels themselves
low-slope roofing systems, so we don't have a specific breakdown. Also, the difference in local labor markets, and the age of the house would make the numbers inaccurate. For a field seamed, painted steel roof you might expect $6 to $10 per square foot or more depending on complexity, gutters, downspouts

Textures, roof and glazing - make a good beach house
Pitched roofs are present but shallower than is typical, porches wrap the exterior, and wood is the primary cladding. The varied roofscape and the ins and outs of the exterior walls hint at the fairly laid-back nature of the plan, which prioritizes views, shade and the layout of the interior spaces.

Hi, do you know the manufacturer and color of this beautiful roof? Thanks!
metal roof that will emulate that very sound! Unfortunately, for folks who have a romantic association the the sound of rain on tin roof, most of the metal roofs sold today and installed over solid plywood decks (the most common method) make no more roof than many other common roof material. If you
