Hi, I wondered how this shade works? Does it come from top & bottom? thanks!
If you had to choose top up or bottom down fabric shade without the option to do both, which would you recommend and why. Thank you!
Well the gray part is a valence that goes over the window, it's just the white part that is the shade that can go from either direction. I guess it's hard
Those shades usually work both ways but if you have to choose one it might depend on the view. Lowering the top allows light to come in and a view of the
neighbor’s house and provide privacy. It also may depend on the way the window opens.

Love the stain glass window! Where did you get this from?
What type/style window covering is used? What type of finish did you use for the door knobs?
for the comment! The window is an insert that fits on the inside of a standard Anderson curved-top window. I had a specialty window shop, Excalibur Designs
I supply these shades if you are interested. These are an inside mount and have a privacy lining on the back of the shade which still allows light
