How did you treat the wood surrounding the play area?
We're in the process of doing this in our yard and are trying to figure out what type of wood to use as a barrier that will hold up to sprinklers, weather, etc. We were thinking impregnated 6"x6" railroad tie type wood, but it looks like yours
Ive checked your website trying to find more close ups but couldn't find it. Did you drive big railroad nails through the wood into the ground? Thanks!
We actually use rebar to install the 4x4 surround. Drill through the wood then nail rebar down though it until it is below the wood.

Questions3
Thank you for your question! The mulch we used is a shredded hard wood, so it has some weight to it. To remove the leaves from the area, we simply use a hand-held or backpack blower and blow out of the area and onto the lawn
back yard. All that is needed are black rubber edging, slabs of stone and wood mulch.
