The decking is Yellow stringybark timber with Cutek clear stain.
Quite simple, it's a deck, not a floor so it has 5-8mm gaps between each timber allowing water to fall to the ground. Regulations are very different for decks rather than paving which allows you to have a level floor and a better finish
Quite simply, the deck has 5 - 8mm gaps between each board allowing water to fall straight through to the ground below.

that change how much maintenance is required like the direction the deck faces and where the main access point to the pool is along with how high your fascia board sits from waterline. In most cases we would recommend staining the decks once a year and the fascia board twice. We use Intergrain or Cutek

The deck is tiger wood and the stain is Sherwin Willams Deckscapes Oil Based clear finish.
