Salvaged wood forms the majority of the interior structure and the floors. Light is introduced deep into the house through doors, windows, clerestories, and dormer windows. The house is organized along two long enfilades that order space and invite long views through the building and to the landscape
is the floor color and wood?
type of wood this is and is it stained? What color stain? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
these floors in this hallway and stairway are awesome i want them in my future home. i seen were someone said salvaged which i thought was case, looked to rustic to be new. so i guess i can not go
local flooring store and get that exact look, darn :( so great, would look good with my decor. i love the darkness and finish. i am thinking white or off white painted window frames might look good too? hmmmm

is the wood? Maple or oak?
Who is the manufacturer of this floor? I am considering sucupira, but it has a blond, orange tone even in the darker pieces. Your floor has a beautiful, even, brown tone. Thanks.
type of flooring was used in the entry (in the foreground)?
What color stain was used on the wood floor?
entry flooring is synthetic quartz material, similar to Caesarstone or Silestone. Thanks for your interest!
The flooring is Sucupira, a Brazilian hardwood. Thanks for your interest!
What is the name for the wood floor
The wood floor is Sucupira, a Brazilian hardwood, that has been simply sealed, no stain. Thanks for your interest!
My flooring is finished with Rubio Monocoat Pure/Natural. Sucupira is a natural brown color with some occasional red tones. Overall, a true brown.

Love the floor - is it wood tile or real wood? I want to find a realistic wood-looking tile for our bath.
hardwood floors! Red or white oak - and Stain color?
what is the tile on the shower walls & floor?
Red Oak floor in a Select & Better grade. auntieann1 most site finished floors are going to be a custom mixed stain. It gives the homeowner complete control over the color when they have the floor site finished. I would show the picture to your finisher and see if they can make a sample of something similar
about the floor in the shower?
what tile was used on the shower floor? thx.
is real wood! they have some great products on the market that mimic wood. I recommend visiting a local tile showroom to see what they have. Good luck!

Hi, I am really confused with the wood floor color and finish for my house. I like dark wood floor. I would really appreciate if you let me know what kind of flooring color and finish is being used here. I love it. Thanks so much!
these floors are lamenanted. What brand and color?
can u tell me if the floors are lamenated and if so what brand and color?
I really like that flooring as well, but look like nobody can give us details about it :(
Love the chairs with white walls and dark wood floors
gorgeous dark floors & floor to ceiling windows
Dark glossy floor, white above - room seems to float on sir
Oak floor with dark ebony stain and medium gloss finish
Love the dark stain floors but need to keep
glossy floors are the perfect choice for this open space. With the weight below, the materials and colors of the room help create a lightness up top. The room seems to be floating on air.

What type and finish is the wood flooring. .?? Thanks!
Can't find floor models of Palliser, Roche-Bobois and found a Natuzzi sofa that we like, but the warranty is not very good and the reviews are worse. Any suggestions?
about the wood floor. Thanks.
dark furniture against light hardwood floor
What do you like about this photo?light wood floor
dark accents to light wood floors and white walls
light wood floor and dark furniture
in mind floors: lighter wood flooring sets a much more complementary stage to dark furniture.

Not quite right rug?
Keep going back and forth on whether this rug is too small (5x7.5') If we went bigger- how much bigger? We love the wood floors but want to protect them!...
