Looks like the large sections of fabric between the pilasters are acoustic panels. Where did you source the fabric and what did you use for the acoustic material?
The fabric came from a company called "Micheals Textiles"- unfortunately I believe that this exact fabric was discontinued a couple month ago. The panels were constructed by a company called CinemAcoustic Solutions International (CSI). The material they use is patented to them.
I like the combo of wood trim and fabric walls. Both are too traditional in color and style here for us though.

Did you use a paneling for the wall? What type? Thanks!
any imperfections between the lattice boards and moldings. After that we painted everything with a semi gloss white paint so it appears that it is paneling. It was time consuming but relatively inexpensive to do. We are pleased with the outcome.

Where can these panels be purchased?
What kind of paint do you recommend ? I have been toying with these 3d panels but painting seems daunting... Perhaps spraying?
The panels are actually made of MDF and painted with a copper metallic finish. They were mounted onto the wall with adhesive

What is the width of these two side panels?
The two columns on each side of the rangetop are 3" wide, the wall cabinet end panels are 1 1/4" wide, and the base cabinet end panels are 3/4" wide.
Flat trim with small crown molding and wood panels to match the cabinets. Room crown molding wraps the top.
what if the panels were corrugated sheet metal..could be more funky. Paint it a different color than the cabs?
possible - mimic the panel design of cabinetry with the trim detail of mantel, like the 3 panel design
almost flush with cabinets - panels that match cabinet panels - we would need 2 instead of 3
