Are these carpet tiles on top of wood floor or inset? If on top, how did you do it?
What kind of wood floors are these? Manufacturer?
The eating bar is standard bar height. The work space is standard counter height. no doubt if you show this picture to your contractor or kitchen designer they could replicate based on the size of your range top and the smaller accessory sink just to the right of the cook!

I'm afraid not. As an interior design firm we generally purchase directly through the trade so rarely research retail sources.

Would love to know what wood was used in the shelving in this photo, love it!
Where can these shelves be purchased? They do look like zebra wood and are they just laminates?
Since they match the Zebrano wood wainscoting and credenza in the background - They're most likely custom.
I believe it is zebra wood.
You should have a look at the Rug Company www.therugcompanylondon.com. they have a store in Toronto and do beautiful contemporary and designer rugs. They are bringing out a new line of Dhurries in these kind of ottoman patterns.
I like the idea of a wall shelf to all the pictures don't have to be mounted
