That is a 48" wide Lennox wood burning fireplace. It is from their Estate Series and has the herringbone firebrick pattern. They have since updated this series and now offer a 50" wide model. You can find it here - http://www.lennoxhearthproducts.com/products

What kind of wood did you use for the ceiling?
It was a custom mix to match some existing wood that was removed, so I don't know but thanks for your question.

look. Also a note on Rais stoves, the fire boxes are small and don't take cordwood longer than 12 or 14 inches. Not a problem if you cut your own wood but most people don't.
