A lot. Complicated by the fact that everything was choppered to the site. Let's just say, $400 to $700/sq. ft. depending on where you build. $700 would be for a very remote location.

basement? Or do we consider exposing the right side of the foundation for this purpose? Another option would be to keep the entire basement in ground and build a separate detached garage?
