Where did the chairs and couch come from?
The stone for the fireplace and retaining wall was Carter Rock quarried a few miles from there I believe. Will have to check my notes when I have my computer. CM

I love the room but HATE those chairs!
This space is an excellent use color and imagination. The ceiling and wall murals are beautifully painted bringing the outside in. The three chairs in the foreground are not in keeping with the space and I would suggest replacing those pieces with furnishings that offer the same bright colors with

Polymeric Stone Dust since its meant for gaps up to 4" but my husband and I feel the Stone Dust looks more like a grout and we like the look of loose stone/rocks instead. We brought a few bags of small 3/8 river stone and we put that between some of the gaps to get an idea. we love the look but I'm afraid they

Love the chair! Where is it from?
We used a compacted base of 5/8" minus crushed rock ( 4") to provide adequate support. The pavers can be leveled with a minimum of finer crushed rock (1/4" minus) or sand. We like to minimize the sand because in Seattle
Vancouver Bay gray architectural slabs purchased from Mutual Materials. The pavers are leveled on a crushed rock base.
