Hello and thank you for the kind words. The main house, where you see the concrete panel siding, is about 5,500 sf. The basement/ cellar with a wine room, music listening room and mechanical room is another 1,700. Rooms as follows..

On main floor:

  • Living area (kitchen, dining, living room)
  • 4 bedrooms
  • 3 full bathrooms
  • 1 half bath
  • 1 Office
  • 1 Playroom

On top floor:

  • 1 bedroom
  • 1 bathroom
  • 1 study
  • 1 Gym

The widows were custom made by a local NYC company called Dependable Windows.

If we recall correctly it was about $275 per square foot. This was about 7 or 8 years ago.
