I'm glad you like the gutter. Unfortunately, this is a custom gutter that would not translate easily to most houses. You can find a bit more of a description at this link: http://www.residentialarchitect.com/projects/rain-go-away_o

I would recommend finding a reputable roofing & gutter company in your area to repair your gutter. Leaky gutters can cause further water damage. Make sure you have them cleaned out regularly as well.

Alex Hall Construction. It’s been a while since we’ve been in touch so I don’t know if they’re still in business.

It's a Rais wood stove. I don't remember the specific model. Here's a link: http://www.raisstoves.com/

It serves as a walk off mat. Stomp the snow & dirt off your boots before walking in.

If I remember right, we used 1x4 boards (3/4"x3 1/2") with 1/2" gaps between them.

I'm glad you like it. It's maple with a clear finish. If I remember correctly, we used "C2" pre-finished maple panels as a cost effective way to get the look we were looking for.

As far as I know, the homeowners have not had any problems. If I remember correctly, there are clips or weights to hold the bottom of the curtain down. That said, in high wind areas I expect you'd want to have a way to restrain the curtains for protection.

I don't have easy access to my records but I think we used a Henderson sliding door track, but we've also used Recmar's products for curtain tracks. FYI, this is a manual, not motorized, curtain.
