The urn end is open and a small hole drilled in its bottom allows for any collected water to drain out.

I'm not sure if this is a question or just a note that you attached to remind you of the photo.

Yes, it is a custom fabricated gate. 2" tubular steel frame with tongue and groove cedar siding, held in place by a welded "clips" on the backside.

It was a very common light aqua color glass that is readily available from many distributers. You can search sites such as: https://fireonglass.com for the myriad of options. Most companies will ship.

Hi Paulette ! Many grasses could match this picture.

In my opinion, it could be Zoysia tenuifolia, or Carex remota.

Similar plants could be used like Brachypodium retusum, Lippia nodiflora, Thymus hirsutus, Dichondra repens, Matricaria tchihatchewii.... It depends of your soil and the area where you live.

Please contact me, if you need more explanations.

Kind regards,

it is Red Fescue or Festuca Rubra. A no mow, lower water demanding grass.

If you are asking about the cost of the patio, arbor and fireplace only, the cost of those items in today's market (This was built about 8 years ago) is most likely around $100,000 - in the San Francisco Bay Area Peninsula. Please keep in mind that construction costs in the SF Bay Area can be more than double the cost to build in other parts of the country. Not knowing where you are located, it might be best to contact a local contractor or landscape architect for some conceptual pricing before commencing your project.
