Thank you for your interest in our Fontane Dining Table. This limited edition piece is handcrafted from solid reclaimed teak wood recycled from an old house. The finish is done in a natural clear coat that shows off the beautiful color tones reclaimed teak wood has to offer. When daylight is more abundant in a room the piece will look lighter in color, and when the light dissipates from the room the table will look darker in color changing throughout the day. Please see attached photo of this table in a clients home.

If you have any other inquires please let us know. Our number one goal is to make sure you have the best furniture buying experience!

Hi Julie - Thank you for your interest in our split dresser. This piece is handcrafted from solid reclaimed teak wood (no veneers or particle board), recycled from a structure built in the mid 1800's.

The drawers are solid wood throughout, and feature under mounted soft closing drawers tracks, meaning they are not visible when opening the drawers as to not deviate from the overall design and beauty of the solid wood drawers.

Please find attached a few photos of the drawers, and a photo taken underneath the drawer that shows the solid metal soft closing drawer tracks.

If you have any other inquires please let us know!

Even though the table is 23" high, each drawer is only 3 3/4" high? This doesn't seem to add up. Are you sure?

Hi Mark - Yes, the dimensions of the interior drawer are correct. The cabinet sides and bottom are 1 inch thick pieces of wood, and the top of the cabinet is 2 inches thick wood. The total height of the base is 6.5 inches, and the total height of the front of the drawers is 8.25 inches.

Hello @saakit - This dresser is handcrafted from solid reclaimed teak wood, recycled from the interior of a old home built in the 1800's being taken apart to build a more modern structure. The color actually will change depending on the amount of natural light in the room. With more light it will appear lighter in color, and when the natural light dissipates the dresser will appear darker in color. The photo was taken with lighting, so in the picture it appears lighter in color. Attached is another photo we just took of this piece in our showroom at 1:20pm that reflects natural light, when the evening rolls around the piece will appear darker in color.

Hello -

The 24" leaf is not self-stored into the table, because this means you would have less leg room. Storing the leaf outside the table allows you more leg room, and not having to feel or hit the leaf when seated around the table.

This dining table is handcrafted from solid reclaimed teak wood (no veneers or particle board), salvaged from a home built in the mid 1800's being torn down to build a more modern structure.

The natural finish is very resilient and makes liquid react like oil and water, meaning if liquids spill it will bead up, and can easily be wiped down using a soft cotton cloth. Because this is a solid wood table, we recommend using coasters, and hot plate protection as to not damage the finish. If cups are left on any solid wood table for a long period of time this is how cup rings are formed, but after dinner simply use a cotton cloth and wipe the table down and you will have no issues.

We provide our clients with a complimentary bottle of Howards Orange Oil. Like our skin, wood is a natural material and you do not want it to dry out. We recommend using Howard Orange Oil for all our teak furniture pieces. Just spray and wipe off with a clean cotton cloth approximately every 2 weeks in the winter time, and every 4 weeks in the summer time to moisturize, protect, polish and clean the wood.

Howard Orange Oil uses the power of real orange oil, is natural and does not contain mineral spirits such as silicone or linseed oil. It gently cleans, polishes, and replenishes the natural oil of the wood without drying out the finish, or leaving a waxy build up.

We offer this table in 2 sizes which can be seen on our Teak Me Home website:

1) W60″ x D40″ x H30″ without leaf / W84″ x D40″ x H30″ with leaf

2) W84″ x D40″ x H30″ without leaf / W108″ x D40″ x H30″ with leaf

If you have any further questions, or are interested in purchasing this piece please let us know.

Hi Laura -

Thank you very much for your interest in our Belleni extension table. The dimensions are 60" inches without the leaf, and with the 24" inch leaf extends to 84". We are also handcrafting a new size that is 84" inches without the leaf, and with a 24" inch leaf that extends to 108".

A little bit of history about our company is we purchase old homes that are set to demolished, reclaim the interior structure made from old growth Teak wood that is 200+ years old giving new life to the Teak wood!

From there we design and handcraft all of our furniture in limited numbers never mass-producing anything. Our hands are literally on every aspect of the handcrafting process.

All of our pieces are rich in history - please see attached photo of the actual house we reclaimed to handcraft this dining table. This structure was built in the mid 1800's, and was being demolished to build a more modern structure.

This dining table can be purchased directly on our Teak Me Home website, or by calling us directly.

If you have any questions please let me know. Our number one goal is to make sure you have the best furniture buying experience!
