Its an extremely uncommon day when you come in contact with someone like Celia B. What you will find when working with her is that she is patient and knowledgeable about all things Mosiac and Glass Tile among other areas. I probably sent in excess of 50 emails to her during the 5 week process before sorting out the right glass tile manufacture, color and price point for my new pool build. Keep in mind she had not made even 1 dollar from me at that time. In addition, she has a wealth of information available, all you have to do is ask. She returns calls and emails within minutes. I wish more companies would take some tips from her. It was truly a great experience.
