We hired Teresa and her team at tdSwansburg design studio at the beginning of our house plan drawing stage. We received a reference from a local builder who had previously worked with her and he was impressed with her ability "to listen to the customer." . It is Teresa's attention to detail on the exterior finishes, the interior tiles, wall finishes, fabrics, cabinets as well as the unique details found throughout the home that make this home so special. Everything was beyond our expectations and all while being mindful of our budget. Definitely a five star professional!!
