Scrolling on the app on iPad

While on a page where there are many comments. To get to the bottom to review my comment I'm scrolling my finger for what seems miles. Is there a quicker way to just get to the bottom of the page in these mile long pages?

I know I can get back to the the top by tapping the top edge of the screen.

Double tap to get to the bottom. Tap the device status bar to get back to the top. Works in ideabooks and discussions.
