New screen porch

We wanted a new screen porch in the worst way. Didn't know who to call, new to the area. We saw that O'Donnell Development was constructing a new home in the area. So we call to see if he would quote our job. Gave Jeff a drawing, the dimensions and the details and within 3 weeks we had our dream come true. Do you realize this is basically a design discussion forum? You might try to the 'find a pro' tab next to the search box to find someone, but I doubt posting on here is going to get you very far.

He did a lovely job. The only thing I don't like is that one has to go down off the deck to get into the porch. I would have removed the railing and connected the two, with entrance on the side, not the front.
