Bear in mind that greys tend to be influenced by the lighting and adjacent colors of furniture, ceiling, and flooring in the room. For instance, the gold tone of the carpet and deep brown-reds of the furniture, combined with the generally warm light from the sun in Arizona give an otherwise neutral grey a warm cast that sometimes appears beige.
