Xtreme Renovations has completed a major renovation for our clients in Cypress Creek Lakes. The project included transforming the existing smaller Kitchen and Living area into a French Country theme. Major plumbing and electrical upgrades were required as well as removing existing walls and archways to provide an open Living and Kitchen space that is great for family activities and entertaining. The project included removing all existing cabinetry and ceramic tile flooring as well as granite and backsplash. The original cabinetry and granite was savaged and utilized in the Laundry area and the Garage for additional storage and functionality.

Our team of professionals from designer to custom cabinet craftsman assisted our clients in realizing their dream. All new Custom built cabinetry with corbels as well as many electrical upgrades of in cabinet lighting with glass doors and under cabinetry lighting provide the Wow Factor Xtreme Renovations is known for. All new travertine flooring was installed throughout the down stairs area with a Versailles pattern adds a touch of class to the project. All archways were removed and walls expanded with custom woodworking to the new Columns opens the floor plan that is soothing and inviting. All cabinetry included European hinges with soft closing doors and drawers. Extensive drywall work and painting completed this newly renovated home.
