Can a website created with Houzz "Site Designer" Tool be verified?

Need to "add meta tag to the of your index.html file or equivalent" or upload verification file to my houzz website. Is this possible? I know that under "Theme Options" in the "Site Designer" there's a "Tool and Analytics" option but it won't let me include HTML Tags.

Also to help clarify, if Google provided you with a meta tag HTML like so:

< meta name="google-site-verification" content="ABCDEFG_1234567" >

1) Copy the ABCDEFG_1234567 part without quotes (this will be unique to your site)
2) In Site Designer, click "Tools and Analytics" on the left under "Theme Options"
3) Paste ABCDEFG_1234567 into the "Google Site Verification Code" field (see attached screenshot)
4) Click "Save Changes" to save and close the dialog
5) Click "Publish" in the top right of Site Designer to make the verification code live on your site

Site Designer will automatically insert the tag into your website that Google uses to verify ownership of your site.

Honestly you would have to call a someone who works with houzz, I have never heard of site designer. I don't really understand what your wanting to do. If you are talking about when you make a pro ID, they ask for your website. I believe that it does not matter who you created your website with. But then again I'm not a pro.

Thanks Ginny clove. You're right this is more of a technical issue that may need support from a Houzz representative. Btw, "Site designer" is web design tool provided by Houzz for professionals.

We support site verification for Google and Bing, but we don't allow users to paste in HTML. Does that clarify the issue? If you have more questions, feel free to reach out to support at support.houzz.com

Hi, I'm having the same issue, I just pasted the code as the picture describes, and then saved changes, but I still can't verify it through Google; when I check the source code of my site when opening the online version, the verification code hasn't been added to the HTML of the page.
