Since no one else has answered, I'll venture an educated guess.

The fireplace appears to precast masonry Rumford style fireplace with thin-cut firebrick in a herringbone pattern, along with a European-styled cast stone mantel and Eiklor gas logs. The inside of the fireplace must be lined with firebrick to take the heat, but there are several colors available.

Thanks Coastroad! Do you service the SC area? We can recommend you for projects.
Also, we carry beautiful reclaimed mantels if you have interested customers. Keep us in mind, they are 20% off for the month of December 2012. Visit our site www.reclaimeddesignworks.com
    Thanks.

Yes, we do handle SC, although we don't get too much further south than Georgetown most of the time. We handle stuff all across the country for some specialty projects.

I've pressed my nose on your showroom window in Charleston plenty of times. You do great stuff.
