I'm looking for a track lighting solution that can be mounted to the wall (not ceiling), which I can install around the periphery of the living room and is flexible enough to point lights toward the wall or out into the room, so that I can illuminate art and light up jewels that people may be wearing when attending events in the space. I am on a limited budget, and would love suggestions!
