What is the material for the translucent panels?

I'd like to know what's the material of the translucent panel and how the stairs are fixed?

The wall panels are made of clear, rotary-brushed Lexan. They, along with the stair treads, are attached to a steel-tube frame.

Tanks for the info. So if I look carefully the stairs are attached to the tubes? And the panels get installed after inside and outside of the stairs?
