How about replacing with a single, centered mirror with room for sconces on both sides?

Is it possible to utilize lower wattage bulbs until you can make necessary changes? What is the rest of your layout, i.e. size and placement of sinks in relationship to other things in the room. Do you have a photo from further back or at an angle showing the whole wall?

Old post, but just a few suggestions. A diffuser lens might even work on some LED retrofit bulbs.

ou could just get something where the bulbs are enclosed, which would probably be enough to reduce the glare -- in the master bath, you want them pretty bright for getting ready, but LEDs are pretty good, and even regular vanity lights with multiple shielded bulbs should be enough for a better outcome.

So many possibilities, though -- what's your style??
